Caroline McCaul is inspired by the opportunity to be of service to others, something that has been engrained in her personality from a very early age. Community service has always been a part of her parents’ lives, and is something that that McCaul has taken very seriously, and passionately, throughout her own.
The daughter of a mother who serves on various organizational boards throughout the community, and a father who currently serves as the representative to the 10th Congressional District of Texas, Caroline McCaul came to understand and appreciate the value of service at a very early age, and has never let go of the idea that community involvement and service can be a truly valuable and special thing to commit to over the course of one’s life. Her grandparents instilled the valuable concept of giving back to the community and are great role models through all the charitable and generous giving done by their Foundation, The Mays Family Foundation. A member of the National Charity League since the 6th grade, McCaul has devoted much of her spare time, and young life, to the opportunity to help others, and has received numerous organizational awards as a result.
Caroline McCaul continues the family tradition of service as both a student of Westlake High School and as a resident of the Austin community. Through her work with the National Charity League, she served organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, Caritas of Austin, Mobile Loaves and Fishes, Dell Children’s Museum, Partnerships for Children and many more. McCaul is a leader in the philanthropic community and she is carrying on the legacy of her parents in a truly meaningful and impactful way.
